NEXT Retail Sales Associate interview questions

The online interview process was the hardest part. The in person interview was pretty straight forward. You got put on the shop floor for 30 minutes and that was it. I just put clothes in order on the hangers and got the job. Same for when I had my interview in Liverpool. I don’t think they actually even watch you.

The interview began with general questions about my availability and right to work in the UK. The interviewer then explained the job responsibilities and shift expectations. I answered three main questions: an example of providing excellent customer service, why I want to work in retail at Next, and a bit about myself, including my experience and hobbies. The interview ended with me asking about next steps, and I was told I’d hear back within a few days after they speak to more applicants.
