Interview
Telephone interview followed by a 30 minute in-store assessment on the shop floor where I was asked to help put a rack of clothes away in their appropriate place as well as general tidying of clothes and helping customers
Firstly you do a online assessment and then you will either get a phone call, a video interview or invited into the store you have applied at. You then will hear back from them within 2-3 weeks

What would you do in a situation where a customer complained

Interview
An informal interview over the phone then invited for a second more formal interview in store. The manager showed me around the store while asking me questions, then asked me to work on the shop floor for five minutes while he observed. After this I was taken to the back of store where I was asked to process some stock i.e. adding hangers and cubes to clothing.
