Initial telephone interview with Talent Acquisition Consultant resulted in interview with Sales Director responsible for a business unit. Both interviews were successfully completed over approx. 7 weeks and led to an interview with the EMEA Sales Director. Unfortunately he did not realise that an interview is a two-way process and that I was entitled to ask questions as well as him! His arrogance extended to not responding to my follow-up mail and the communication between him and Talent Acquisition was non-existent for a period of 4-5 weeks during which time NCR did not respond to email or vmail reminders!
If you're serious about your career and believe in the premise that this is a two-way decision and a significant investment of your time and money then I'd steer clear of NCR.
