I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mastercard (Miami, FL) in Apr 2012
Interview
Very straightforward....3 rounds: 2 with product heads, and one with a sales head. 2 were over the phone and one was in person. Very casual, but to the point. Was more of a validation that you would be able to handle yourself in a customer-facing role, like the one I was applying to.

Intense including HR panel and online testing. Their key HR people are in St Louis so the panel interview with them is hard to read since it's done over the phone.
