Marshalls Merchandiser Associate interview questions

The interview process was laid back. I first received a call asking about my availability, experience, and why I want to work there. I set up an on-site interview during the same phone conversation. The on-site interview was very quick and pretty much a repeat of the phone interview.

Really great store manager! Asked me some basic questions and how I would handle customers, what does success look like to me in this role. Additionally was really easy to talk to and had an amazing genuine conversation.
