Marshalls Merchandiser Associate interview questions

I applied on Saturday through Snag a Job, and I got a call Sunday evening to come in Monday morning for my interview. Once I got there, I filled out a paper application, and spoke with the store manager. The interview was very easy. It was like talking to a friend. She asked me questions about my experience, availability, etc. Then it was my turn to ask her any questions I had. She offered me a position afterwards, and told me she would call in a few days after speaking with her hiring manager to decide when orientation will be held.

laid back and easy, asked in person and they told me to apply on snag a job. Met with store manager who was great, asked me about background in retail, why I wanted the job and my availability.
