Telephone interview, asked about my knowledge of Mars and the Five principles. Why I was applying for the role and what drew me to it.
Feedback a couple of days later and asked to attend a day interview panel. Interviewed by various senior managers and the plant director.
First interview was team based and how you are able to work together, but also how you communicate to articulate your views.
Second part was individual and a situation regarding an employee who isn’t performing.
There was some role play in the this from senior leaders with others taking notes on how the conversation was progressing.
The final part in mine was an interview with the plant director and was much more informal, asked about experience, coaching style, what I thought of the site and again “why Mars”.
