La première étape du recrutement est un entretien virtuel sur une plateforme. Si nous ne sommes pas à l'aise avec le fait de parler "à un ordinateur"cela peut etre très déstabilisant
Interviewed with 5 people. All very nice. Beautiful office. Made me feel very comfortable. People took turns asking questions and provided me with plenty of time to respond. They followed up with additional questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
why do you want to work for us? what do you know about our company? why did you leave your last employer? what is your 5 year plan?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mars (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2020
Interview
I applied online and received an email for the initial phone screening. That went well, my questions were answered and I seemed to be a good fit for their culture, which I know is VERY important to them. About a week later I received an email that I was selected for an interview with the team and hiring manager. This was set up for two separate video conferences with about 30 minutes between each one. Both went really well, I thought the team was great! Then at the end I asked if there was anything about me that might prevent me from getting the job. I was told that I didn't have any experience with CPG. This was very disappointing because one could clearly see on my resume, I had not worked in CPG before. So, hours of preparation and interview time and it sounded like I never had a chance.
