The interview was immediately followed by a trial shift. The trial shift was at their busiest hour and focused on how well you could sell to customers. There was a huge focus on selling and some customers didn't like this.

Very hands on and instantly thrown in at the deep end. They're mainly looking for people that can keep a conversation going, that aren't afraid of physical contact with strangers and who don't mind getting mucky.
