Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

Trial shift- describe a random item, some roleplaying and talking to actual customers whilst a manager listened in on the conversation. They did prepare you slighlty on how to talk to customers. My advice is to be confident.

The interview was a physical team interview. We had sheets of paper and had to answer some questions as well as role play. It was a fun and interesting process although I personally prefer 1 on 1 interviews.
