Interview
Had a really lovely interview with them over the phone. I was really prepared for the question and felt they appreciated my answer and overall ethos so was confident after. I was offered a trial and that is where things became more difficult. I engaged with so many customers, did demos on different bath bombs and got quite a few customers to buy products. I even got one woman to sit down and demoed products on her. It was difficult cause my trial was in a location surrounded by offices and most customers just came in during their lunch breaks so were rushing. Considering that I did really well in my opinion, but it wasn't enough. I don't know if it's as bad when you actually have the job, and think it definitely differs manager to manager, but there is certainly a lot of pressure to give intense levels of customer service that often the customer doesn't even want. Not an environment I'd personally want to be in long term.
