I applied online. I interviewed at Luno (Cape Town) in Aug 2019
Interview
For me, the interview process was very short. I sent my application on the 22nd of July and they replied a couple of days later scheduling a Google Meet Interview for the 30th.
Immediately after my interview, I received a take home test which I had to complete within 3 days, I wrote and sent it back to them. Luno got back to me a few days later to schedule an onsite interview for the 12th of August, I went and on the 13th I got an email inviting me for another interview and lunch in their Cape Town office for the 14th of August. They contacted my references and I got a call on the 16th of August informing me that they liked me and they asked if I'm still interested on the job and of course my answer was YES!! A week later, on the 23rd, they sent me an official offer of employment.
I was happy to finally receive "We're excited to conclude this process by offering you the role"

Why Luno?
How would you explain Bitcoin to someone who has no idea what it is?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Luno (Cape Town) in Feb 2019
Interview
Applied for the position on the website. Had a telephonic interview which went well. Did a written assessment. Had a face to face interview with the team leader which seemed to go reasonably well. Two weeks later, had a second interview with a manager and somebody from another department (fraud department) . Generally speaking, quite an interesting and refreshing experience. Seem to be genuinely nice people working toward the same goal. The whole interview process lasted more than 6 weeks. Way too long! I do understand that they are looking for the right fit and individual but seriously, It is ridiculous to drag out a process for almost 2 months and then to be told no thank you at the final hurdle. Also gave feedback on how to improve work and internal processes. I suspect that they will claim this as their own ideas.
