Started with two phone interviews, including a virtual white board session to demonstrate technical knowledge diagramming skills. Phone interview also had role-playing exercise to simulate a customer meeting to determine requirements, and steer solution towards CenturyLink's product set. Invited to a local office for a series of one-on-one interviews with SE director, SE manager, and office general manager. Also included "informal" lunch meeting with prospective peers to get a sense for team chemistry. An offer was extended one week after the in-person meeting with a base salary and commission plan. I countered for more money plus other items. I received more money, but not the other items I had asked for.
