The recruitment team will provide a link to a video record of six behavior interview questions. For each interview question, you will be given two attempts and two their minutes to answer.

Question 1
Descript a time when you work on a project and have to change the plan in a new direction ?(something similar to this)
It's more kind of techy and fully resume based also we had marathon we got questions from that as well like what is your role in hackathon also what did you contribute how did the team got aligned with your idea ...etc
First level was DSA. This had McWilliams questions in and out computer programming. It did had code snippets.
If you pass the dsa you get to attend the Interview. Interview was about a moderate level.

Project management related questions during interview
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lumen (Bengaluru) in Jan 2025
Interview
First round: mcq questions, technical.
Second round: Hackathon. Do well individually and convey your mentor your thoughts properly. Your final product doesn't really matter, do your role properly and make sure the mentor is aware of your work
Third round: Interview, simple easy-medium level interview.
