The people are sociable and friendly, once you actually get to speak to the hiring manager and the people in your department. First, naturally, you have to go through screening with HR. As the company is so large, that whole process is very impersonal. However, that is to be expected. Over the course of the application and screening process, it takes quite a long time, but in the end, the job is DEFINITELY WORTH YOUR TIME and EFFORT.

Hiring process is very transparent and HR is very helpful throughout the process. They require to know about your skills and how easily you can grasp new stuff out of the box. The recruiter basically asked me everything on my resume along with the work that they were doing. He was very humble and nice.
