Lumen Customer Service Representative interview questions

You had a phone interview, then you are asked to come in for a face to face interview. You are asked if you are wiling to sell phone services. But everyone that called at the phone center wanted to cancel. You spen the whole day trying to get people to not cancel their phone service.
