Lumen Customer Service Representative interview questions

I submitted my resume online on August 27th. I received a phone call on September 3rd where they just went over the position, wage and benefits. After expressing interest in the position, they forwarded my information onto another person who called me on September 15th. This was the phone interview portion. It last about 25-30 minutes. I was told that they would forward my answers along and if they are impressed, I will be hearing from another manager in a few days regarding a face to face interview, background check and drug test.
