The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (New York, NY)
Interview
Got a second interview which was a one on one video only I was the only one with video on. Not sure if the hiring manager was lazy or was trying to use it as some sort of power move but it ultimately came off as creepy. Got ghosted after that with no response or feedback from the company even after reaching out and found out through signing into their site to find out I got declined. Since then the positions have gone back up several times in the past 2 months (I keep getting recommended the new postings on job sites) so either they don't know how to fill them or can't fill them.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Leidos in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. This was for a contract transition between two companies. The company held a meet and greet, and conducted all of the interviews during that time.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Alexandria, VA) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview process essentially went like this:
Call from recruiter -> Phone Interview -> In Person Interview -> Offer
It was a pretty straight forward process that took about 3 weeks to a month from the recruiter calling to getting an offer and starting.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked technical questions and given scenarios by members of the technical team. Nothing super complex but just to see how I would respond to certain situations I suppose. Also asked a lot about experience listed on the resume.
