The interview had 3 parts:
1) English and Math writing tests, 30 minutes for each test
2) Keyboard typing test, checking your accuracy and pace of typing on the computer ( I guess if you score high on this, you will be considered as a candidate of the data entry assistant)
3) behavioral questions, nothing too challenging, general interview questions
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kumon
Interview
It was a 15-minute interview. The interviewer went through my resume and asked standard questions such as "Why do you want to work here?" The interview also touched upon how past interactions/experiences with Kumon and their teaching style would be an asset to earning the position.

Question 1
How have your past experiences help develop the skills required for this position?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kumon (Teaneck, NJ) in Oct 2012
Interview
The whole process took about a month. I applied in the summer and heard back a month later. The manager called asking for an in person interview. I went in and had a chat with the manager, and then took a math test. That seemed to be it. After that, I heard back from the manager a week later and learned that I had gotten the job. It was a fairly simple and quick process. The reason I think it took a month's time is because they weren't looking for new hires at the time of my application. Otherwise, the process would have been a lot faster.
