Kumon Assistant Instructor interview questions

Pretty straightforward, what experiences have I had with kids, what ages did I work with in the past, what subjects I wanted to teach, etc. Interviewed by head instructor and she was very polite and nice.

The interview was easy. The manager called me in to the Kumon location after it closed for an interview to talk about my previous experiences and my grades in school. Afterwards, I completed both a math and a reading/comprehension test.
