Kroger interview questions

It took almost 90 days from submitting my application to receiving an offer letter. Two inperson interviews and three phone interviews. First inperson interview was with a team of three peers. The top three were then passed along for an interview with the hiring manager plus two more people via conference call. Next was another conference call with peers out of state. Finally a traditional HR interview. Script used for all. Use of real life stories were critical. Unable to network to influence the hiring process.

The interview process was very straight forward. Phone interview went through resume. I was then called in for one-on-one. The manager and tech-lead viewed me, both are very friendly and funny. Explained to me what are the projects that they work on. Asked me why did I choose my major and how would I picture myself in 5 years.
