Kroger Co-Manager interview questions

Go through two interviews. The first one is a basic get to know you interview. The second interview is given in front of a panel of four to five people and they ask you questions involving your past experiences and how you can be effective according to their leadership model. Additionally, they have you give a short presentation in the second interview.

HR Director interviews the person upon competition of the resume/application. There is a math and personality test. Then you meet with a Store Manager to see if you would like the job. They then explain the 6-month comprehensive management training program. They ask if you have worked in retail and what you know about the company.
