Kroger interview questions

It was pretty simple and straightforward. We discussed my pros and cons in the work force. I was also asked to describe how I would work through a hard situation.

Was fairly easy, first was a phone screening, then a first round interview, then a second round interview and an Excel exam. Almost all questions were behavioral interview questions, Excel exam was moderately difficult but you could study before the second round interview.
