Question 1
What was one time that you were able to solve a problem involving another person?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kroger (League City, TX) in May 2015
Interview
I applied online and received a call about a week later and had a short but very easy phone interview then scheduled an in person interview for a few days later. The in person interview was a little different than normal because it was a group interview and the other candidate was legally deaf and they hired a sign language translator to relay the questions and responses. The questions weren't too hard but it is important to be familiar with the company and their products.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kroger (Decatur, AL) in Jan 2016
Interview
I received a phone call from the new Kroger recruiting center 3 days after applying and had a brief phone interview. Afterwards, I was scheduled for a in store interview 3 days later. I arrived 30 mins early, and was dressed business casual (the manager complimented me on my attire). The interview was a pretty standard one, with basic questions. Overall it was a good experience, but they ended up hiring someone else.
