Koch Internship interview questions

Most questions where behavioral based questions. They take pride in the personalities of the company. They are interested in how you handle yourself in certain situations and the various experiences you've had that contribute to your professional growth.

On site interview with two rounds of interviewing, each 1 hour long and 2 different people per each round. The questions seemed fairly standard- mainly focused on past experiences and how they were handled. A brief lunch with everyone and a tour of the facility followed.
