Largely group orientated, so relatively low-pressure. Asked relevant questions regarding customers, safety and how to respond to common customer requests. Management staff listening to responses which arose from discussions within your designated group.
There really wasn’t much to it. They just wanted to know about experience and if you could use a register. They also wanted to make sure you would pass the test.
fast, and easy wants to see if youre friendly, they ask questions dealing with customer service. if you can count you'll be fine. there may be an assessment like a survey/questionnaire
