Kmart interview questions

Pretty easy asked the basic scenario questions about the what you would do under certain circumstances. Overall wasn’t hard and just be prepared to discus your personality and qualities. They also required a drug test and background check after accepting offer.

People were led into the break room area where they were broken into small groups and were told to introduce each person and one fact about them. We then had to fill out a questionairre with a few questions about availabilities and personal strengths. Afterwards, each candidate was interviewed individual for a few minutes and the questionairre was handed in to the interviewer.
