Kmart interview questions

Got to the interview 5 minutes early and the manager was 15 minutes late, and then I had to wait 30-45 minutes for her to deal with current employees. She was extremely nice when I did get in and just confirmed my hours because I am a student. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed and I didn't feel very stressed at all. She also gave me $1.25 above minimum wage, which I am in no position to deny, especially since it is my first job. Only asked 2 questions after she confirmed my schedule. Drug test and background check are mandatory.
