Cultural fit interview (45min) + Technical questions and pair programming trying to solve 2 more leet coding challenges(1 hour) The interviewer might tell you he just wants to see how you think, but if you partially finish one of the leet coding challenges while explaining how you would finish it. You will be rejected. So try to solve them any way you can. Don't extend yourself talking in the Pair Programing exercise you will not be granted any extra time to finish. If you think leet questions are a valid way to judge technical expertise, try it out you will fit right in. (leets: rotating strings, sorting array by the sum of digits, finding a valid route in a list, last 3 elements in a deep nested structure, keys and rooms)
