Firstly, I attended a team interview, which is approximately four to five people. We were given to topic to discuss and divided into two teams debating on the opposite side of the topic. This is the time to play leadership or team spirit, whatever you choose. I passed the first interview and was invited to the par interview, this time will be a one-to-one interview. I was asked about past experiences and career goals in this interview.

After shortlisting by AGC concerned people I received a call and email which I had to confirm back stating my participation in interview process . I got dates of interview and location was Pune. I gave interview in AGC Networks for post of Graduate Trainee Engineer on 18th Oct. 2013.There was written test as first round in which 25 aptitude questions were asked which were easy and cutoff was 15. I think R.S. Agrawal is more enough to crack this round. I was shortlisted in this round. The next round was GD they selected 6 candidate out 10 and then there was PI round

Had to go through HR and got phone screen and later had a face to face meeting with senior MGMT. Lots of behavioral related question on how would you behave in some cases and what would be your interaction with others.
