In a behaviour test, they will ask questions about customer service, like what is good customer service and so on.

Group Interview, with multiple people. Doing small group task exercises. 15 in a room, 5 on each table. Scenario-based questions and didn't ask personal questions relating to previous retail experience.

Question 1
Scenarios like how would you assist a customer who looks confused? They were scenario-based. Didn't ask a single personal question or question experience. Lasted 30 minutes.
Group session - We then had to pick a product out of a box got given a few minutes to look at it then had to stand up 1 by 1 and sell the product to the rest of the group. Individual interview
