I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2024
Interview
We went into a room and sat at tables of 4 and there was a member of staff sitting close to the table at the end. These staff members were there to listen to our answers and that is how we are assessed. After sitting down a member of staff gave a brief about how the interview would go and we then filled out a sheet about availability. After we read through a sheet with a situation and had 3 questions. We had 5 minutes to write down our thoughts. We then had 15 minutes to discuss the questions in front of the staff member. The situation talked about the store having goods and services such as festive foods, predicted best-selling toys and best-selling kitchen equipment.
