Easy to understand. Very straight forward, kind interviewers. It was a partial group interview with a few interviewers asking pretty standard customer service questions. The process was very smooth and easy to follow through.

09/17 I receive contingent offer
09/20 I was sent instructions for drug test and bg check
I completed those by 09/22. Was sent an email shortly for fingerprints which I completed 09/28.
I’ve currently been “in compliance phase” since 09/29. It is currently 11/05 and still have yet to hear anything. I’ve emailed HR twice now but they just tell me “it takes time some times” There’s no communication and I’m starting to think I’m being ghosted
