Jet interview questions

Two rounds of interviews: an initial phone screen which was around 45 minutes followed by a round of in-person interview - 5 back to back 30 minutes meetings at Jet headquarters in Hoboken meeting with both members of the team as well as a representative from HR

Applied online through their website and heard back a few weeks later. They wanted to schedule an interview using Karat. From what I understand, they outsource their hiring to "elite engineering professionals" who conduct the technical interviews. I found this process extremely off-putting. As a prospective candidate, I view the interview process as a two-way street and would hope that my interview would be with someone who actually works for the company. Instead, using this third-party service gave the message that they care more about code monkeys than candidates as a whole. I withdrew my application.
