Applied online and got a mail from the recruiter. Scheduled a phone call and then explained that they won't sponsor for the role and cut the call even when its clearly mentioned in my job application that I would need visa sponsorship.

Applied online, took about 1 month to get hirevue interview, apply on September, got hirevue interview on October. Reject on next year January. No recruiter reach out to me.
