J.P. Morgan Operations Summer Analyst interview questions

- Application and CV submission - Phone Interview - 1 on 1 interview (2 sessions - One with HR and the other with Senior Manager) - Assessment Center - Case Study and Individual Presentation (Senior Manager) - Group Exercise

After submitting an online application and completing the numerical test, I was invited to the assessment centre (no telephone interview required). There were 12 candidates in total on the day. The order of events were: 2 interviews (both competency) with two different people, a group exercise where the scenario was a meeting to decide on something (individual reading of some info, then group discussion) and finally an individual presentation on the case study discussed in the group exercise with 30mins prep time. The feedback I got was that I did well in both interviews but was not proactive enough in the group discussion and lost a bit of confidence when I delivered my presentation.
