Interview
1st stage - Online test which consist mainly of IQ tests
2nd stage - Phone interview by one of the perm staff from the Operations division. Overall process took about 25 - 30 minutes
3rd stage - Assessment centre which consist of 2 rounds of interview, 1 group case study and 1 individual presentation. Overall process took about half-a-day. Interviewers were friendly and sincere. Individual presentation is delivered based on the contents of the case study.

- Questions asked were mainly competency ones e.g. "Why JP? Why Ops?", "Tell us a situation where you had to manage conflict within a team.." "Tell us a situation where you had to apply your leadership skills.." etc.
- A few technical questions like "What affects stock prices?"

Interview
After submitting an online application and completing the numerical test, I was invited to the assessment centre (no telephone interview required). There were 12 candidates in total on the day. The order of events were: 2 interviews (both competency) with two different people, a group exercise where the scenario was a meeting to decide on something (individual reading of some info, then group discussion) and finally an individual presentation on the case study discussed in the group exercise with 30mins prep time.
The feedback I got was that I did well in both interviews but was not proactive enough in the group discussion and lost a bit of confidence when I delivered my presentation.
