The first round is a phone interview, 1-2 weeks after application deadline. Ard 15min interview with one of the operation managers. Mainly behavioral.
The second round is a 3-hour Assessment Center, 1-2 weeks after the phone interview. It consists of two rounds of individual interview, one on cv items, one on situational and motivation. Followed by a group exercise, a group discussion after case study, discuss in front of a panel of interviewers, then presentation and Q&A.
