The interview has two rounds. The first round is phone interview, and holds around half an hour. Basically the interviewer will ask behavioral questions, such as why company why position. There will also be a self introduction. After one or two weeks will be the assessment centre, there will be both individual interview and group presentation. Individual one has both background check and scenario questions.
