I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ipsos
Interview
Smooth interview process and personable interviewers. Liked the fact that it was a large company, but lots of smaller teams within that. There was a task based interview along with a 1on1, and then a more meet some people interview.

Question 1
Mostly on past responsibilities and what I'm looking for in a new role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I was contacted by an HR representative and asked a series of questions about my past experience, it was one of those endless pre-screening interviews most jobs seem to have these days.
I answered all of the questions and displayed that I met or exceeded all the qualifications and I got a positive response and was told I would be recontacted by the end of the week.
Ipsos immediately started to ghost me and ignored my emails asking for updates or the status of my application. Ultimately it was over a month since the initial interview when they finally got back to me and told me they weren't moving forward with my candidacy.
As a general rule I find ghosting to be extremely unprofessional and inexcusable behavior, it would have taken 5 minutes or less to send a simple email within a week or two of the interview and told me I didn't get the position or that they were still deciding.
Given that the position was reposted shortly after, I am unsure if there was even a real job in the first place or if its some sort of fishing expedition.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Belfast, Irlanda del Norte)
Interview
Applied online and had initial chat with the hiring manager. Then had to do a written exercise and a panel interview. Overall very positive experience, the hiring manager Matt went above and beyond and is a credit to the company, the interview was great too and the panel were very professional and pleasant. They did take a while to get back to me, however this is understandable given the current circumstances. I received a phone call giving me feedback on the interview which was very much appreciated!
