Intertek interview questions

Quick and very simple. Applied online through their website and was called in for an interview. Two part interview. First with management, then a laboratory tour. You may or may not observe other laboratory personnel in the lab while you are on tour. Will be shown the the different areas of the lab. Interview time length was about 1 hour total. Called in for second interview with the entire lead management team afterwards for a quick followup.

It was a two rounds interview. The first one was with the line manager and HR representative. The second one was with Senior Manager and the Assistant. The first meeting was more about reviewing the CV and talking about the examples and handling different situations within the team. The second meeting was more about the experience and knowledge. Overall the process was professional and resulted in the positive outcome.
