Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

The interview was pretty much a joke. Go in, shoot the breeze for about 15 minutes, a couple generic questions from the interviewer (mostly based on explaining what the position entails), and then you're allowed to ask your questions. I got the impression that the interviewer had made up his mind before he walked into the room. It probably didn't help that it was the day before Thanksgiving. He didn't seem very interested in being there right from the get-go. They typically hire right out of college, and I had 3.5 years of work experience, so it may have worked against me.

i was contacted by an internal recruiter for the position. he was very friendly and helpful and adequately prepared me for the interview after about a 45 minute phone screen. The first interview was with 3 of the branch managers, and was mostly a get to know you, find about their experience kind of deal. There wasn't much structure to it. Insight looks for not only background but personality so it was clear they were testing a fit. I was invited back for a second interview that went very much the same. I met two more managers and we discussed our backgrounds, their experience, and the company. It was very straight forward. They were looking simply for compatibility and enthusiasm. I was not offered the job, so I guess someone else was a better fit
