Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

When I showed up there was no one in the front office. Just a phone that said, "pick up the phone and you will be connected with someone,"which I thought was odd. Was placed in a room and sat there for about 15 or 20 minutes before anyone came in. Talked to an employee for about 10 minutes, very casual. Then was told someone else would come talk to me. Sat there for another 15 or 20 minutes before someone else came in. Talked to them for 10 minutes, again very casual. Then was told the guy I was suppose to be interviewing with would be right in. Again, sat for there for about 15 minutes and then was told I could leave. Very unprofessional, complete waste of my time.

Went in and was supposed to talk to 2 people (head managers), but ended up talking to 3 different people who had no idea who I was or what they were supposed to ask me. No structure to the interview.
