The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infor (Taguig)
Interview
1. Initial interview done by Recruiter.
2. 1 interview session only which includes the technical and final interview.
Technical interview consists of 4 panelists which took 1 hour. Then followed by the final interview by the manager which took half an hour only.
After 2 weeks, I followed-up my interview results and learned that I was referred by the manager to another team because of my technical skills which may be strongly fitted on that team. But after 2 days, they called back and said that I will be proceeding with the job offer on the team that I was interviewed.

Question 1
Career path you want (Be an SME or a Manager). Explain.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Infor in Dec 2021
Interview
This was one of the fastest application process I've ever had. Friday, I applied at LinkedIn, on the same day, I was scheduled to an initial assessment. Monday, I did the interview. Wednesday, technical interview and same day, confirmation that I passed the interviews. The next Monday was my JO.
There were 2 interviews. The first one was a phone call from HR. The interview was brief, just checking over my resume that it fits the job qualifications they posted.
The second interview was a technical panel interview. One of them was the hiring manager or the team lead, I'm not sure about the others, but maybe they were part of the hiring manager's team.
