IKEA Interior Designer interview questions

The interview was held on the third floor of IKEA in Taichung. HR will bring three interviewees into a small meeting room. The process starts with a test that includes Chinese, English, and math questions. There is also another test paper with questions related to IKEA, such as why you want to interview for the position and which IKEA product is your favorite. The interview will take place after the test.

Quite lengthy but standard questions; Why do you want to work here. What would you bring to the comapny. The interviewers were very nice to chat with, casual and approachable. Downside was there wasn't great communication between their in house recruiter & the interviewers.
