IHG Hotels and Resorts interview questions

Three month interview process, final interviewer was rude, did not ask follow up questions, no feedback provided, and at least 2 weeks between each interaction. As a candidate, I felt like I was driving the interview process. This is hospitality???

The initial screening process was via a website that you had to record your answers. Then HR invited me to go onsite for the interview. It was not as formal as I expected it to be. It was quite casual, held at the restaurant. They were nice and friendly and they did not note take. Did not feel intimidating and I felt comfortable to talk to them.
