I applied online. I interviewed at IBM in May 2022
Interview
The first round of the interview process was coding- general coding questions were asked. Nothing was too tough. Second round aptitude, third round English and fourth was interview . It was a lengthy process with a lot of gap between each round.
My recent interview was a fantastic experience. The panel asked insightful questions, fostering a meaningful dialogue. The atmosphere was friendly, fostering a sense of ease. We shared aligned values and goals. Clear communication and respect were evident. I left feeling excited, confident, and hopeful about the opportunity ahead.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Bangalore Rural) in Sep 2023
Interview
IBM had 2 interviews for our college placement. First was a HR round. In this basic hr questions were asked like introduction , available to relocate, why IBM, why you are a good fit for IBM, then my hr asked me to speak on a given topic which was "chatgpt". I got selected in this then there was the final tech interview in this also the interviewer asked me to first introduce myself, then asked about my project, how many members were there, what was my role how did I implemented it. He asked questions on the basis of info provided in my resume only like I had mentioned dsa so he asked me what is dsa ,how many sorting algorithms are there in it, then he told me to write the algo for one of the sorting algo. Then he asked me about my family , about higher studies interest .This was my interview experience at IBM.
