This was a great question, because adding value is one of the most important factors along with "fitting in". I explained with evidence based answers from previous experience in practice how I would add the value. Throughout the process it became apparent that I was not keen on the position in the end, and explained this sensibly to the interviewers. Clear and transparent approach is always best.
