First fall i have to listen him care fully with tea or coffee if he has time then reply him according to him or his voice then request him or her to give me few minutes then talk with our Tbs staff who are responsible for that and make a positive answer with staff teamwork and if Tbs has any policy or any benefit package for him .then talk with him about this .and promise them to help in future and sharing him about how The Body Shop working in the world about its social Objective and environmental objective and mission and goals.how much .Describe him or her about how much Tbs get succssed in the field of social and environmental secter.
