We have certain sales goals and ratios we must meet each day so I make sure to track our performance hourly. If we are up and doing well I make sure to tell my associates to keep up the good work. I also like to ask them So what are you doing specifically to help drive our sales goals and ratios? So that they understand what they’re doing to make or break our goals for the day.
